1. DEFECTIVE/ INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
We apologize if we had sent you a defective/incorrect item. Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and a snapshot of the defective/incorrect item and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
After we have acknowledged your email regarding the return, kindly proceed to mail the defective/incorrect item(s) back to us within 7 days via registered mail. We will reimburse postage incurred for mailing the defected/incorrect item(s) back to us. Please note that we will only proceed on if the item was purchased directly from us.
Returns will only be done for item(s) with its tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and purchased directly from us. Requests for returns for items that do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined. A difference of 0.5”-0.8” between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
In the event that the exact item is Out of Stock, you may either choose another item of the same value or have the order cancelled.
2. AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
We apologize for missing out on the item(s). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your item. We will try our best to have the item mailed to you very soon.
3. RETURN / REFUND / CHANGE OF ITEM TO ANOTHER SIZE, COLOUR OR DESIGN
We carry limited quantities for each design and provide size guide for the different brands. The same item of another size may not be available at the time when you needed an exchange. Hence, we do not provide size exchanges and encourage you to refer to the size guide.
We do not accept return, refund or exchanges of item to another colour or design once the transaction has been made.
